Ask the Tellem assistant

The Support page in the dashboard is a chat assistant that can answer “how do I…” questions about using Tellem — the same material as this help site. Ask it things like “how do I add a worker?” or “where do I turn on arrival texts?” and it’ll point you to the right page and steps. It’s first-line help, so it sticks to how-to questions and can’t see or change your account. When something is beyond that — billing, account changes, a suspected bug, or anything specific to your data — it will flag the conversation for our support team, who’ll follow up with you directly. The bottom of the chat panel also lists our support email and phone number, plus a link back to this help site if you’d rather read the articles yourself.
